Carter

Carter is an 11-year-old, who was abandoned by his family at a local shelter. He was a serious fear biter and would barely let anyone near him. He has a chronic heart murmur, allergies and ear infections. Over time, his permanent foster family has witnessed his transformation into a happier and friendly dog.
