St. Patrick's Day at PetLand
Petland Discounts has been a good friend
to MMR. They have hosted monthly "meet and greet" events for us at their stores
around the NYC metropolitan area. It has been a great opportunity for us to get the word
out about our rescue. In March 2001, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day at the Union Square
Petland in Manhattan. And did we have fun!
We are so grateful to Petland Discounts
for supporting us in this way.
Rosemarie's Teddy was the model for this
terrific poster.
He helped us sell lots of shamrock bandanas.
Abby's Marshmellow was there to say
"Hello".
We think he is one handsome fella.
Tami with Petey, Joan with J.J. and
Josephine with Paco.
And, of course, a real Leprechaun
stopped by to meet our J.J. Only in New York....
